Solemove Days 2025: Our Biggest Event Yet
47 international education professionals from across Europe gathered in Helsinki in February 2025 for two days of workshops, talks, and networking at Solemove Days.
Our annual Solemove Days event has concluded, and it was our biggest yet. This year's event drew 47 dedicated professionals from universities across Europe for two days focused on streamlining Erasmus programme administration.
Held in Helsinki, Finland, from 18–19 February 2025, attendees joined conference-style talks, workshops, and networking at the Home Hotel Jugend — a magnificent Art Nouveau stone castle built in 1903 that provided a unique and inspiring backdrop for our exclusive client forum.
We were delighted to welcome representatives from Finland, Estonia, Germany, Sweden, and France, all keen to explore a more efficient future for international student mobility.
What happened at Solemove Days 2025?
The event was carefully curated to give attendees a comprehensive overview of Solemove's capabilities and roadmap. Participants had the opportunity to ask questions, provide feedback, and share user experiences.
Tuesday: Practical workshops and networking
The first day opened with registration and introductory remarks, followed by a recap of the new Solemove features introduced in 2024. The afternoon sessions focused on practical topics:
- Managing digital application forms
- Collecting students' supporting documents
- Using Solemove's destination search tool
The day concluded with a networking dinner.
Wednesday: Workflows and what's next
Wednesday centred on the Learning Agreement (LA) and Online Learning Agreement (OLA) processes — covering how to create, manage, and approve OLAs efficiently within Solemove.
The afternoon featured sessions on user management and an in-depth look at the Solemove product roadmap, giving attendees a clear picture of what is coming next.
