EAIE 2026 in Glasgow: New Look, Real Connections
Solemove unveiled its new visual identity at EAIE 2026 in Glasgow, where our booth became a meeting point for customers, old friends, and a lot of talk about what the next Erasmus+ period actually requires.

EAIE 2026 in Glasgow was the first time our new look stood in front of the community it was built for, and it was also four days of exactly the kind of conversations that make a conference worth attending: with customers, with old friends, and with people we had only ever emailed before.

A new look for Solemove
Glasgow was where our new visual identity had its first real outing: a new logo and a refreshed set of graphics across the booth, the roll-up, and every printed piece we handed out. It was a genuinely good feeling to stand behind it and hear people notice. Well, unfortunately we lost much of our visual by the airline on our way to Glasgow.. but you will be seeing it across our channels in the future!
Getting ready for what the next Erasmus+ period actually requires
Rather than a general pitch, we used our conversations and talks to focus on something more specific: what the next 18 months actually require from an international office to be ready for the next Erasmus+ period. Partner data, application workflows, staff training, all of it has a realistic runway, and Glasgow was the right place to walk through it with people directly.
Everyone is waiting on the EWP updates, us included
If there was one topic that came up in nearly every conversation, it was EWP. The whole community is watching closely for what changes are coming, and we are too. Being an EWP-native platform means we have as much riding on this as our customers do, and it made for some of the most genuinely engaged conversations of the week.
The value of just being in the room
A conference like EAIE earns its reputation for a simple reason: the connections that happen in the hallways and over coffee are as valuable as anything on the agenda. We had the chance to introduce customers to each other directly, institutions who did not know they had a shared challenge, or a shared opportunity for a new partnership, until we put them in the same conversation.
More than once, our booth stopped being a place people visited and became a place they used: customers sat down at our table to work through their own partnership discussions, with each other, not with us.
That last part is the detail we keep coming back to. A booth is usually a stop on someone's route through the exhibition hall. Ours ended up being somewhere people chose to sit down and actually get something done.
